Cara began dancing at the age of 2 and has always had a passion for performing.

She has participated in numerous dance shows and amateur musicals in local theatres and began teaching children after completing her A-levels. In 2021, Cara completed her Para Dance UK course, enabling her to make dance accessible and inclusive for everyone. She is loving being a part of the PerformR team, finding joy in helping children discover the fun and freedom that dance brings.
